Orders typically fall into one of two categories:
In-stock orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. As soon as your package leaves the warehouse, you'll receive a tracking email.
These items are produced specifically for each order and usually ship within 8-10 weeks. Estimated timelines are listed on the product page and can vary by item.
If you have even one pre-order item in your cart, we hold the entire order to ship together.

If it has been longer than the timeframes above, submit this form and our team will take a look.
Once an order is placed, changes such as address updates, size changes, or payment method updates cannot be guaranteed. Orders often begin processing shortly after checkout.
For pre order items, changes may be possible only if the pre order is still open and the order has not entered processing.
